Inner Wisdom Through Meditation

 Gayle Womack

25-year meditator-teacher

Using the meditation process as a guide to a deeper level of

self-discovery to find what one already knows but can’t access

through the rational/fearful/busy mind.

The Discovery Process:

  • Explore how one can resolve inner conflicts, become aware and find healing of lifetime scars through one’s own inner wisdom.
  • Use a meditative process to resolve and heal present moment life issues at the experiential level not through accumulating more information.  “A concept in our head is not an experience.”
  • Tune into ones own inner knowing and to no longer need to over analyze life experiences. The goal is to provide guidance not answers.
  • Meditation is a pathway to more resilience and equanimity in ones daily life. People who participate in this process most often leave with a smile on their face.

Those who know, but do not know they know
